EqualiTeach Annual Review 2020-2021

EqualiTeach is pleased to publish our latest Annual Review. The review reflects on the ideas we implemented, the challenges we overcame, and the impact we made between April 2020 and March 2021. Our thanks go to all of those who have supported our work and collaborated with us during the year, to all of the dedicated members of staff and volunteers who continue to drive change in the schools and organisations that we have worked with and of course to our fantastic staff team.

This was a year marked by change, both in terms of innovation in EqualiTeach’s training practice and offer, and of social change in the fight for equality, diversity and inclusion.

While the year saw many tragedies and challenges, this review gives us an opportunity to reflect on the fantastic equality work that has been achieved in the organisations we have worked with, against such a difficult backdrop. It also provides an opportunity to pay tribute to our dedicated, passionate and resilient staff team, who have worked with senior leaders, staff, volunteers and young people to make such impactful and important work happen. We look forward to the next year with renewed vigour, with exciting programmes of work on the horizon and with an expanding team to ensure that we continue to inspire and empower people to create equal, diverse and inclusive environments for all.
