We recognise that each setting is different, so we take time to understand your context and tailor our support accordingly — whether that involves an in-depth audit, policy review, staff, trustee and governor training, working towards an Equalities Award, or a combination of all four.
EqualiTeach Empowered
EqualiTeach Empowered is an online subscription service providing schools with access to a huge range of EDI resources, guidance and support so school teams can make positive change at a pace that is right for them.
The subscription includes unlimited user accounts, half termly webinars on various equality topics where questions can be submitted in advance, a range of guidance documents, videos, templates, lesson plans and resources, all structured around a step-by-step pathway for embedding equality effectively throughout the school.

Getting to know you
We always start with a call to find out more about you and how we can work together.
We can discuss an in-depth and impactful approach to embedding equality, diversity and inclusion and develop a tailored proposal for your Trust, school or other education setting.
consultancy services
Strategic support to create meaningful change
Our expert team works with senior leadership to create whole‑Trust or whole‑school change. This includes reviewing policies and procedures; conducting curriculum and whole‑school audits; benchmarking and analysing data; and carrying out semi‑structured interviews and focus groups.
We support schools to set meaningful equality objectives and develop and implement action plans. We can also help establish equality working groups, conduct Equality Impact Assessments, and embed positive action approaches in recruitment and promotion.
Together with the school, we identify themes and priorities to inform and tailor our approach, ensuring our packages are bespoke to each setting’s needs.
Equalities Award
Support and recognition of achievements
The Equalities Award is an online auditing tool with comprehensive guidance and support, enabling schools to evaluate, strengthen and showcase their whole‑school approach to equality, diversity and inclusion. With multiple award levels, schools can identify strengths and areas for development, build their equality work across all aspects of school life, and gain recognition for their ongoing commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
Working towards an Award provides a robust evaluation of existing practice and a clear framework for embedding best practice across the school, supported every step of the way with tailored guidance from your personal EqualiTeach Representative.
Staff Training
Engaging equality training sessions
We deliver engaging and informative training sessions for teachers, support staff, senior leadership teams, Trust central teams, governors and trustees, with tailored content based on consultation with the setting. These can be delivered face-to-face, or as live online sessions via Microsoft Teams.
In addition to our live training, we also provide an e-learning platform.

Supporting materials for the classroom
We have developed a range of resources to support education settings in their equality and diversity work. These include information and guidance documents, lesson plans and activities on various equality topics and sample documents. All are available to download free of charge.
