Tackling the Impact of Inequality
EqualiTeach operates on a charitable basis and is committed to the vision of an equal, inclusive and productive society where everyone is valued and able to succeed.
Alongside supporting workplaces to embed best practice on equality and diversity, we recognise the impact of inequality on children and young people and want all young people to grow up in a world free from prejudice and discrimination.
Schools, particularly those in deprived areas, are not always in the financial position to pay for crucial equality work alongside other necessities. Our Investing in the Future (IitF) Fund uses income generated from our workplace training contracts and fundraising initiatives to offer fully funded workshops for schools and youth organisations who will most benefit from our intervention.

Within the application form, we would like to see a clear and specific evidence base for why the work is needed and why this is difficult for the school or organisation to fund.

Our workshops cover all aspects of equality and are delivered to young people from KS2-KS5. Workshop content and delivery is tailored to age group and ability, with bespoke sessions offered to special schools and alternative provisions.
