Promoting equality, diversity and inclusion is core to every educational institution’s success.

EqualiTeach have a variety of services on offer to support settings to create positive environments where everyone feels safe and able to achieve: from working directly with students in our workshops; training staff; providing guidance through our consultation service and free resources; to celebrating a school’s commitment to equality with our Equalities Award.

Find out more about the services below, and get in touch to discuss a tailored package of support for your setting.

We provide bespoke consultancy packages, including supporting senior leaders to update and strengthen equality policies, set equality objectives and action plans, and implement new procedures.

“No matter what type of school they attend, it is important that all children leave with an understanding of the world they are growing up in, having learned how to live alongside, and show respect for, a diverse range of people. When we inspect schools, we assess how well they equip children to do this.” – Ofsted, Sept 2020

We worked with EqualiTeach on a critical thinking programme for secondary schools. It proved extremely popular and everyone looks forward to its return each year.
