We were commissioned to develop a programme of EDI training for Four Communications, an integrated marketing agency operating in the UK and the Middle East.
After an extensive tendering process, bidders were whittled down to three and EqualiTeach was invited to deliver a taster workshop in December 2020.
Managers unanimously voted for EqualiTeach to deliver training for the whole organisation. 20 further sessions will be delivered throughout 2021.
I feel I have greater clarity now and will be able to speak to the team about this - opening up conversations and having an atmosphere where people can discuss this. And also to know what to do if/when an incident occurs.
