DESCRIPTION:This online course is designed specifically for senior leaders in UK schools who want to take a strategic\, whole-school approach to promoting equality\, diversity\, and inclusion (EDI). Learn to develop robust EDI strategies\, manage incidents effectively and foster inclusive environments. The course aims can be found on the course webpage linked below. \n\n\n\nWhy choose this course?\n\n\n\n\nSmall group format: With only 20 spaces available\, we ensure a personal\, interactive experience where you can connect and learn alongside others from different schools.\n\n\n\nSafe and supportive environment: Feel comfortable developing your skills in a safe space where open dialogue and the sharing of ideas are encouraged.\n\n\n\nPractical tools: Receive practical strategies and tools to help you embed equality\, diversity and inclusion into your school’s culture.\n\n\n\nPre-training activities: Tasks will be set between each session to help you reflect on current practices and identify areas for improvement.\n\n\n\nOngoing support: After the final session\, you’ll have three months of access to our resources and session recordings\, helping you implement your learning.\n\n\n\n\nCourse format\n\n\n\nThe course consists of four two-hour online training sessions which will take place from 1pm to 3pm on the following dates: \n\n\n\nTuesday 29th April 2025 \n\n\n\nTuesday 20th May 2025 \n\n\n\nTuesday 10th June 2025 \n\n\n\nTuesday 1st July 2025
